My doggies legs

My poor little doggie has problems with her knees and or hips. They seem to go out of joint when she pulls too hard on the leash. It doesn't seem to give her any pain, but she walks very bull legged. I just take her and squeeze her legs together they make a popping feeling and off she goes. Anyone had this problem before? She will be two in May and this problem only started about 1 year ago.
